We provide medical care where access is limited in our ministries.
The Congregation of Holy Cross Province of East Africa involves in healthcare through dispensaries and health centers attached to various parishes like St. Brother Andre (Bugembe Parish), Brother Andre Dispensary ( Dandora Nairobi -Kenya), Lostete (St Brendan Parish Kitete Tanzania) to serve the community and uphold.

Br. Andre Medical Hospital Ltd
- The Medical Centre started in 1978 as a dispensary in phase 2 at the Priests Residence. It relocated to Phase 3 in 2002 and continued the general services.
- In 2014 it was expanded by the support of Holy Cross in conjunction with the University of Notre Dame after a research they made that mothers in the area needed maternal services.
- Maternity opened its doors in March 2017 and there are more than 600 deliveries and more than 50 C-sections.
